There has been some concerns with Green Speeds and Pin Locations. We are currently Stimping (length of ball roll on flat surface) an estimated 10.75 - 11.25. This is on a relatively flat surface (0% - 1.5% slope), when we are placing the pins in various locations, the speed of the greens relative to slope can reach 12 - 13 on the Stimp meter very easily. It is critical we maintain speeds of 10 - 11 to maintain adequate pin locations. There are times where we have to install the location of the cup in certain areas (Left #3, Back #4, Right #8, Front #13, Front #14 Middle-Left #15, etc...). The Golf Course Maintenance Staff will continue to be conscious of certain pin locations.
