Daily Focus Points

Our daily focus is to provide the membership the consistency they desire. This begins every morning with our staff meetings at 5;45 AM. During these meetings management delegates certain tasks and the resources required to complete. I wanted to add a different element to the meeting. Below you will see the signs we added above our electronic job board. These 3 focal points are displayed and instilled in our staff each and every day. We want every co-worker to have a Great Attitude, Have Fun and Be Efficient throughout the Golf Course and especially towards members and guests. I am confident you will see a much better product this year and into the future.
