TRAINING!!!!

Training is the most important aspect of golf course maintenance. This year we have added many new co-workers to the staff. We will be deliberate in proper training within the golf course maintenance facility and golf course grounds. This morning we focused on maintenance facility standards. Our new job board is a great tool to display pictures and videos for safety, cleaning procedures and maintenance facility upkeep. Although the rain has slowed the staff from mowing, these meetings are great opportunities to train.
